Refund policy
At MELLO SKIN, we prioritise product safety and hygiene. As our products are ingestible supplements, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once opened.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery only if the product remains unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. If the seal has been broken, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.
If you are eligible for a return:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect orders placed by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mello-skin.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
